5.6-magnitude earthquake strikes south of Fiji

SUVA, Fiji, 23rd July, 2025 (WAM) -- A strong earthquake with a magnitude of 5.6 struck the South Pacific Ocean on Wednesday, approximately 335 kilometres from Fiji, the US Geological Survey (USGS) said.

The quake was at a depth of 535 kilometres and was reportedly felt by some individuals near the epicentre.
